If you could go hunting in Africa what would you hunt?For me it would have to be cape buffalo.

For me, it would have to be the ferocious dik dik. Those damn things scare me.

OH NO it's worse then that, They are a huge 17" at the shoulder, they weigh an enormous 12 lbs and have gargantuan 3" horns.
I'm shaking just thinking about it.
I'm thinking I would have to buy a 600 Overkill it might do it, but it would probably take more than one shot to bring it down.
Bruce, Maybe you could back me up with a 50BMG or a 20MM cannon? (We can't be to safe)

| Did you here about the guys, I think it was in Idaho. They were using a 50BMG to hunt elk with. They would set up on a mountain top and spot elk on the other mountains and shoot. Well if they didn't see an elk fall they wouldn't go check. By the time the authorities got onto them they had killed two elk and wounded 4 that they didn't even try and find. From what I heard they got hammered pretty good. Which they deserved.

Had not heard about it and yes they sure deserved it.Whenever you pull that trigger you have to check everything out.
