This past week I purchased a small DVD HDD camcorder so i could record some hunts and put them on my computer and then get them on here for us to watch , well Monday morning me and Bruce went coyote hunting and ran across 18 deer so I pulled out the camera to record and it provided a friendly yet irritating message stating the HDD  ( hard disk drive) was too cold for operation , talk about ticking me off I mean granted it was cold probably -10 to -15 but the thing was only outside 20 mins and was too cold to operate? anyway Im taking it back as its obviosly not ment to be used outdoors in the winter .... anyway Im gonna purchase a decent trail cam ...no moultries as i been down that road before i want something decent and I have been looking at the Leaf River and the Cuddeback cams but before shelling out a few hundred bucks I would like to get some opinions on which one to get and why?

so could any of you fellas help me out on decideing which one is better?

Thanks in advance

Dan

I wish I could offer some advice on this, but I can't. Good luck. I wish I could have seen the video. I know how you feel though, I have video of myself calling hogs by mouth, but can't figure out how to get the volume to work. I hear it play on the camcorder, but can't figure out how to get the volume to the computer? I have tried and tried. It was taken with mini cassettes and I wish I would have dished out more money for the mini dvd instead. I just realized not to long ago that my digital camera  could take video...............................................
