Hey guys,

Just found this great site and could use some expert opinions.

Last year at this exact same time (within 5 days) hogs moved onto my buddys golf course and started really tearing things up. Over the course of about 6 weeks I managed to lay waste to 9 of them (3 boars at close to 300 lbs. ea)after a lot of sleepless nites. I located the trail they were travelling, got the wind right, and basiclly just sat in ambush and waited. Well..........they're back. Hit the course for the first time last Sunday nite, rooted one fairway badly in 4 spots. Haven't been back since. I think they are coming to both grub and water up as the weather is hot and all of the stock ponds are dry. The course is watered heavily every nite. I set up a feeder and 2 cameras tues - nothing since.

My big questions are:

How big of a loop do these hogs usually travel ?

What is the best way to pattern them without sleeping at the golf course every nite until they return. Any help you guys can offer is much appreciated

GOOD HUNTING,

SPIKE
