| i live in w.va now those were caught in eastern ky. there was no season on them then i got them while trapping beaver.i called the warden to come get them 5 times he never did and wouldnt give me a tag for them so i threw them away.there is now a season on them there now.if the otter market wasnt at a stand still i would go back and trap more this year as there are a big population of them there.
