I'll try to dig up something worth posting. I havn't even been bringing the camera this year but all I'm catching so far is mangey coyotes.

I'm sure snakes are not a problem when rat trapping in Maine. In the 70's and 80's when I was rat trapping on the coast I got mailed 4 times by cottonmouths. Twice in one year.  Seems they like to lay inside the rats bank dens waiting for a stupid trapper to stick a trap inside.

I'm willing to bet Wyohunter would just calmly grab the snake and bite its head off.:shock:
