O.K.
I made some rice and gravy this weekend like I promised, but I don't have the time to post the entire recipe. Have all the pics step by step for ya!! I have to help the wife with the christmas shopping though!!! Plus we make homemade tomales and that has got me wore out too.
Anyway, here is a few pics of the rice and gravy, "There is no flour in our gravy, the thickness comes from the reduction. Also made some bacon wrapped teal breast fillets!!

Our rice is sticky as you can see, it will soak up the gravy. The teal breasts were basted in honey and other seasonings!!! Works great with any game meat!

sounds better than good!!!! Damn his eye's man, he run off with the secret recipe! I got a feeling that getting him to come clean and share that red gravy recipe is gonna be tough. We might have better luck removing the back molar from a shaved bobcat surrounded by walker hounds.
