Take your quarter and generously inject it with a mixture of Crystal hot sauce, liquid or melted butter, and soy sauce, that has all been warmed up in the microwave prior to the injection.  Rub it down with olive oil and heavey salt, pepper, and some sort of "butt rub".  Double or triple wrap it in aluminum foil.  Let sit for atleast 12 hours.  Cook it in the foil only using a meat thermomenter and I promise you, you won't even need a knife!

This is best recipe I've discovered yet.  Hope you enjoy it!

That almost sounds edible. :thumbup2  Sounds kinda like I do mine except I put them on the smoker with hickory for a couple hours before I wrap in foil.
