fillet the breast off the duck soak them over night in italian dressing break up some eggs dip the breasts in the egg then strate to your favorite seasonings you have mixed up in flour then to the frying pan or deep fryer 3 to 5 minuets on each side and pull them out dont over cook them they will taste like liver. I love this it will make you slap the back of your head with your tounge. If you have ever had trouble cooking ducks try this and see what you think!!!
