First night out.3 guys out of 5 showed up.4th guy will be here tomorrow.5th guy changed to the second week.I had 2 guys on my baits while Frank took his guy to one of his farm country bear baits. His guy did not see a thing. My guess would be that bear is now into the choke cherries. The farm country is loaded with them again this year. One of my guys saw 2 cub bear on his bait. The other guy saw a big sow bear with 3 cubs on his bait.Thats next years crop of bear. Both guys had never been bear hunting before and were really excited.

Mooseguide having computer issues.......wanted me to post for him. 4 Hunters up and all four saw shooter bears. Three kills, 2 over 260 lbs. ...... at least one with a bow .......pictures to follow. All three hunters are using boarmaster "enhanced" baits, defying the full moon jinx. They will be submitting their entries very soon courtesy of mooseguide.... (and me if I have to post for them.)

Thank you Dale...... bearly legal and the rest of the triplesweet line did it again!!!!!

Sounds like you're having lots of activity. I went up yesterday to check my sites and put out some bait and I got some good pics. My season doesn't open till Sept 1st. Here's one of the pics that looks like a decent bear.  It should have been Boarmasters bear but since he couldn't make it up I guess I'll have my wife try and get it.

Hey guys...didn't bother posting sitings..but be assured they are hitting the baits with fervor. Right now they are trying to get a chance at a big boy that's waiting until late to come in. Gonna pull out all the stops to get this guy. Will get more details later..... keep you updated.

Go get'em mooseguide!!!!!!!

Boarmaster, I think we should start setting up something for next year. We will have one year to work out all the bugs and be ready. I'm willing to drive any where or any distance. Lets do this. If you get a real itch I can have you something ready this spring here in the rockies.:P

We have too. I am ready. Between the job and the business, I need a vacation and need to  meet y'all in person. At this point I don't really care if it's a hunting trip. I have been talking to y'all for so long, we all need to meet up somewhere and have a good time. I have been around the world in the Air Force and had met several people in my life, but it seems like we have all hit it off and have a lot in common. Let's get it together and plan it out. Don't matter to me where, I'm driving though, sick of flying, been there; done that for years:D

I'm open to about any hunting.  For a group hunt here in Wyoming, I would have to suggest antelope. It is draw only though. So if we didn't get drawn we might have to have a second plan ready. If you wanted to go to Maine and do some hunting. You could drive to Indiana and leave your vehicle at one of my relatives and we could car pool from there.

Guys...here in maine the only lottery is for moose. So put in for one of them if you want. But we can take you bear and deer huntin. Not too mention if you fill your tags..we can call yotes..or hunt squirrels, partridge or rabbits. Love to host a gathering on this end of the things for you. Let you see what maine is really like.
