i went 150+ miles south this morning to hunt for Fall turkey and ended up with this lil jake , but what a hell of a great day turkey hunting, i had 30 birds around me most of the afternoon, anyway heres my lil jake

hello -  i nicknamed my  model  55 -  Thumper - it reachs out  and  thumps'm- rigged me a noose rope sling  for that long barrel -

I got a  spring turkey hunt  comin up in april - -gonna try to fan  one in! - supposably  twitchin and turnin/flashing the fan , makes  the goobler running in !  gonna try it anyway !  along with all the other tricks ! --  gotta  love  hunting  the turkey --Gary

Chick i shot him, how ever i did miss one at 10 feet LOL i put it on its head at 10 feet and with this gun the pattern just didnt open up , this is a model 55 Marlin Goose Gun it is so large it wont fit in my gun cabinet.. it has a 36 inch barrle and overall length of 57 inches , same model gun i used to wack my gobbler in the spring at 43 yards :D
