I'm using the redhead carbons, with the broadheads and arrows weighing 350 grams combined. With the current standards (ibo) this arrow gives me a clocked speed of 266fps, although i'm not sure of the kinetic energy at the end. I do know that at forty yards my arrows will put about 4 inches of arrow out the side of my high density 3-D target(side facing away). That is with field points.

My sight has three pins, fiber optic with a small led to illuminate in less than perfect light conditions.
