Michelle and I did a little mid morning fishing and caught 11 good eatin' sized channel cats. Michelle wanted me to point out she caught the biggest two.

| Man i do love catfish. I think they are some fine eating, right next to crappie for fresh water fish. Cant forget trout either. To me, grouper and snapper for salt water, and hogfish. Triggers are good too.

Halibut is some fine eatin'. I went halibut fishing years ago and caught several in the 60-75 lb range. They are like cranking up a lead weight.
My all time favorite fish is fresh yellow fin tuna. Rub fresh tuna steaks with a light coat of olive oil, season lightly and grill to med rare over a bed of HOT mesquite coals. YUMMMMMY!!!!!!!
