Hi Everyone,
I found the recorded podcast of "Hog Snaring By The Numbers" at the following location via some Google searching on "Hog Snaring". I do not know of any other place where this podcast is available so I figured I would post the following link so anyone/everyone can check it out as it has great information.
http://www.blubrry.com/wildlifecontrol/243594/hog-snaring-by-the-numbers/
When you click the link you will see a description of the podcast. Notice that there is a Play button and a Download button (and others) to the right of the article title. I would recommend downloading the file and then listening to it as the Play button is streaming audio that will not allow you to rewind or fastforward and trying will restart the entire 2 hour show (this was my experience however it may be different now).
I hope this is of some use to everyone. Thanks

| PorkAddict, thanks for posting that link. That is some 1st class knowledge there and I learned a bunch. With high speed all I had to do was drag the play bar with my mouse to rewind or ff. This is some good stuff, required knowledge for snaring hogs. Listening to Newt and Andy explaining things makes it seem like you got a personal coach right there. I also found another one by Andy in the collection.

Could you post a link to the other one you found? I have time at work to listen to all of that stuff as I do my job.
Thats how I listened to the "Hog Snaring by the Numbers" recording.

That 2nd podcast is another great bit of information and once again gets me very excited about my 1st hog snaring hunt.
After listening to it I had to txt message my cousin at work with a bad joke. I told him that when we go hunting he shouldn't cry if we go out to the snares and find that one of his old highschool girlfriends has been caught and I have to put her down hahahahaha
He used to date some big gruesome girls back then and he is a bit skeptical about the whole snaring thing so I had to make the comment to him. Beauty truly is in the eye of the beholder.
Anyhow, I'm ready to go hunting and it was good to hear that Andy keeps a side arm on him and can attest to a .44 being enough to drop a charging hog if the scary situation ever happens.
I don't own a handgun so I think it is time to go price some revolvers and trigger locks.

I'm glad y'all found the podcast useful. I'm just an ol hick that enjoys the outdoors.
If y'all liked those you may like some of the ones I host on Trapperman.com LIVE.
Heres a link to those shows. Let me know what you think.
