The property is located approximately 20 miles Southeast of King City, California; approximately 60 miles to the Big Sur Pacific Ocean Coast; and approximately 85 miles to Monterrey, California. Lake San Antonio and Lake Nacimiento are only 40 miles away for some great water sports, such as fishing, boating, and swimming. In addition, there in an abundance of wildlife on the property, such as deer, turkeys, quail, and wild hogs. The property and surrounding ranches have the best wild hog hunting on the west coast.

The well has an electric pump that pumps the water up to two 5000 gallon water storage tanks 200 feet above the home site. The water tanks house the drinking water, which is gravity fed to a water station for the home, barn, apartment, and nine faucets throughout the yard. The water station is the central distribution point and contains a water pressure regulator and a large filtering system. It is enclosed by a pipe fence and metal roof. Parcel 2 Description
