I have never ate ribs from a wild boar, but if they are anything like a tame hog they are DELICIOUS!!!  It should be against the law to throw them away. If anyone out there is gonna throw them away mail them to me!!!

That looks DELICIOUS.

Ribs never make it to the freezer around here. Thats the first thing that get cooked.

You're right TDL, it should be against the law to throw them away.

It's the same way with any ribs I have tried, whether it be deer, bear, or hogs. They are ALL DELICIOUS!!!

I call myself a good griller, but I can't get my wild hog ribs to be tender off the grill. Anyone have suggestions. Finished product looks great and even taste good, but tough as hell.

The best way to grill ribs is to lay them on saran wrap, cover them with all the sauces and seasonings you use, wrap them up with the saran wrap and punch a few holes in it. Then wrap them in aluminum foil and put on the grill. No the saran wrap WILL NOT melt!!!

I season them, put on the pit for about 30 minutes to soak up the hickory smoke, then wrap in foil and leave them on the pit at 225ยบ for a few hours. The meat falls off the bone and will melt in your mouth.

That's the secret to grilling ribs. You have to wrap them to keep the moisture from evaporating. Like you said, if they are fixed right the meat will fall off the bones.
